Outfit of the Day Monday- Light Spring Jacket

The weather in the UK requires a jacket to be on hand at all times--which I really detest. However, I'm pairing my outfit with this cute little spring trench to wash away the British dreariness. The light in here is doing weird things with my concealer, so I do realize it looks a bit funky. Please forgive me!

Unfortunately, none of these clothes are really available any longer on the sites, but I am sure there are lots of similars out there.
